- Collaborate with community professionals to implement service plans and ensure families receive necessary support.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners, including child welfare professionals, healthcare providers, and social service agencies.
- Effectively communicate with families, community partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Community Resource Development
- Identify and develop relationships with community resources, including housing and treatment options.
- Assist families in accessing necessary resources and services.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4 years of experience working with at-risk children and families.
- Demonstrated ability to engage high-risk mothers and their families.
- Ability to conduct sensitive and confidential interviews.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Addiction and Prevention Services (AAPS) Certified.
- 1 year of experience working with parents with drug and alcohol issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Individuals with life experience dealing with substance abuse issues or other relevant issues.
