**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Immigration Paralegal to join our team at Chugh LLP. As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our immigration practice by preparing and filing various visa and labor certification applications, as well as coordinating the filing of applications and petitions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and file a variety of visa and labor certification applications, including Family and Business immigration visas
* Prepare draft applications, petitions, letters, and affidavits
* Coordinate the filing of applications and petitions, translations of foreign documents, and equivalency evaluation of foreign degrees
* Ideal candidates will have a familiarity with the H 1B and L 1 visas process, RFE responses, TN visas, and changes of status and extension matters
**Requirements:**
* 1+ years' experience as an immigration paralegal
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently or as a team
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent verbal communication and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency, or fluency, in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish is preferred but not required
