Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and trauma cases, and provide critical care to patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examination.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department or a related field.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, including nights.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
