Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and trauma cases, and provide critical care to patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examination.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department or a related field.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, including nights.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
