Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Silverton Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising staff, and implementing treatments to meet the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care in compliance with federal and state guidelines, and company regulations.
  • Develop patient care plans for long-term needs, administer medications, and follow-up with families.
  • Communicate with resident's physician and complete all nursing documentation, including assessments, orders, progress notes, and consents.
  • Participate in medication management to promote optimal safety and effectiveness for residents.
  • Assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden adverse developments with residents.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
  • Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
  • Valid CPR Certification.
  • Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
