Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in grant writing and/or grant management in a non-profit organization
  • Demonstrated success in developing grant proposals that have been awarded in excess of $100,000
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in working with computers and Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Passion for the Center's mission and commitment to serving the LGBT community
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with financial and program management database systems, including Raiser's Edge and Apricot
  • Familiarity with the San Diego funding landscape
