Key Responsibilities- Teach swimming lessons following Minnetonka Aquatics Learn-to-Swim skills progression
- Observe Swim Instructors and provide performance checklists
- Communicate with parents regarding lesson programs
- Enforce pool policies, rules, and regulations
- Recognize and respond effectively in emergencies
- Previous experience as a Swim Instructor or Coach
- Evidence of experience working with children
- Demonstrated ability to be comfortable and confident with teaching swimming lessons
- Demonstrated leadership and public relations skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
