Automation Quality Specialist
Sterling Engineering Inc. is seeking a skilled Automation Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our automated machinery. You will work closely with our production team to identify and address quality issues, and develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality.
  • Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality inspectors and other staff members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 (dependent on experience)
