Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the FCC certification process for new and existing products.
  • Conduct and oversee FCC testing, including RF exposure, EMC, and SAR testing.
  • Prepare and submit FCC certification applications and related documentation.
  • Liaise with certification bodies and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:
To be successful as an EMC Certification Specialist, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, as well as proven experience in EMC testing and compliance. Familiarity with EMC standards and regulations, such as FCC Part 15 and IEC 61000 series, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in EMC measurement equipment and software tools is required.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
