Key Responsibilities
  1. Report directly to the Administrative Supervisor and Practice Administrator.
  2. Welcome patients and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
  3. Organize and schedule appointments based on service knowledge; follow up with patients to confirm appointments and optimize daily schedules.
  4. Verify insurance eligibility and accurately document findings in patient accounts.
  5. Provide necessary information and forms to patients, whether in paper or digital format.
  6. Input new patient data into the system and update existing patient records as needed.
  7. Digitally archive documents into the electronic health record system when required.
