Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and Service Guest Rooms: Clean and service assigned guest rooms, ensuring they meet our established standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Handle Guest Requests and Complaints: Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment in the guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, adhering to all house and safety rules.
  • Report Maintenance Deficiencies: Report any maintenance deficiencies or issues to the maintenance team in a timely manner.
  • Perform Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning functions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum one year of cleaning experience, with previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Knowledge of Chemical Handling: Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of Local Activities: Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
