Job Summary

At Thrive Restaurant Group, we're looking for a talented Server to join our team. As a Server, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Greet guests, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Interact with guests to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and service bar via our point-of-sale system.
  • Observe and respond to guests' needs and requests.
  • Present guest checks and facilitate payment.
  • Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.

Qualification Standards
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate throughout the restaurant.

Physical Requirements
The Server role requires regular navigation throughout the restaurant, moving and grasping items up to five pounds, occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and bending and stooping.
