Position Overview

This role is pivotal as the primary point of contact for on-site personnel engaged in a document scanning and digitization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership:

  • Oversee the management of on-site activities and personnel.
  • Engage consistently with corporate staff and on-site clients for reporting and direction.

Installation and Configuration:

  • Install, configure, and test IT systems and electronic devices per established specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components to meet operational requirements.

Network Configuration:

  • Establish and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.
  • Resolve connectivity issues as they arise.

Peripheral Device Integration:

  • Install and integrate peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.
  • Ensure compatibility with existing systems.

Cable Management:

  • Conduct cable management tasks, ensuring a tidy and organized installation.
  • Follow industry standards for cable installation and management.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

  • Perform system tests to validate functionality and performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • Security Clearance: Must possess a valid Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in IT system and electronics installation.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Expertise in installing and configuring IT systems, including hardware and software.
    • Knowledge of network setup and configuration.
    • Familiarity with peripheral devices and their integration.
    • Ability to execute cable management tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot hardware and software challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision in installation and configuration tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Effective collaboration and communication with team members.
