We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent Supervisor to join our team at Ochsner Health System. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of internal construction staff and external subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
  • Plan, organize, and direct construction projects, including capital improvements, installations, new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain accurate records of project progress and completion.
  • Investigate and address personnel issues, prepare incident reports, and address safety concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between management staff and maintain leadership knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of construction experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience in building construction, maintenance, or repair work.
  • State of Louisiana General Contractors License and valid Louisiana Driver's License required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows-style applications and various software packages specific to the role.
