Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking and auditing employee time and attendance, maintaining employee vacation/PTO calendars, and managing all employee deductions, both mandatory and voluntary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and audit employee time and attendance
  • Maintain employee vacation/PTO calendars
  • Manage all employee deductions, both mandatory and voluntary
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliation and reporting
  • Provide overall support to the HR department
  • Complete special projects as assigned
