Job Summary

The Bartender is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our restaurant and bar, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and tailored to our guests' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food and beverage delivery.
  • Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the hospitality industry.
Requirements
  • Three to six months of related experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification and ability to comply with state regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and guests.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures, including emergency protocols and first aid.
