- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in call center or customer service roles within the financial services sector, with a preference for experience at Citizens Community Federal, or three to four years in retail branch operations.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing, spreadsheets, and specialized software applications.
- Citizens Community Federal may consider a combination of education, training, and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge for this position.
