Job Overview
ICEE is seeking a highly skilled Billing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the billing process for our various business types, including Contract Billing, Service T&M Billing, 3rd Party/Misc Sales Billing, and Route Delivery Billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and research as needed to bill service performed on assigned accounts
- Review and audit service calls/tickets on assigned accounts
- Work closely with Service Managers and Collections to resolve disputed services
- Provide various reports to management as needed
Requirements
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience preferred in a mid-sized company
- Prior background in distribution or manufacturing
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Flexible demeanor and ability to work with different personalities
- Organized and efficient, with the ability to manage tasks in a multiple branch environment
- Proficiency in JD Edwards and PC software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
