Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Endo Dental Assistant II to join our team at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Cary, West. This part-time position involves working 3 days a week, and we offer an excellent compensation package, including a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, medical, vision, dental, 401k, bonus plan, and 100% paid benefits such as telemedicine, short-term disability, and life insurance.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the dentist in providing dental treatment
  • Functioning as a treatment coordinator and preparing and presenting treatment plans to patients
  • Scheduling patient appointments to accommodate potential obstacles
  • Maintaining dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
  • Collecting and recording patient health histories
  • Assisting with patient management during dental procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • DAII Training or equivalent
  • Preferred 2-5 years of Dental Assistant experience
  • Achieved CDA certification, or completed radiological equivalency exam through NC State Board of Dental Examiners, or completed CODA-accredited dental assisting program
  • CPR certified, or will become CPR certified within 30 days of hire
