About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team in Boston, MA. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including commercial building HVAC design, and gain hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical calculations, including pressure drop calculations, duct sizing, and pipe sizing.
  • Conduct field surveys to gather necessary data for design projects.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Prepare equipment layouts and designs using AutoCAD.
  • Participate in cost estimation for various mechanical systems.
  • Assist in construction administration tasks to ensure proper implementation of designs.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs.
  • Class project work related to MEP fields preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. of equipment.
