About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As a key member of our plant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve plant production goals
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • Ability to lift, stand, and walk for long periods of time
