About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for.
  • Meet sales goals, including achieving sales targets and promoting products to customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point of sale system.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
