Job Overview

PEAK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects to successful completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer I/II or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other construction management software.
