  • Collect, analyze, and document user requirements.
  • Create detailed requirements documents and user stories.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, issues, and risks associated with requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience collaborating with teams throughout.
  • Familiarity with requirements gathering tools such as JIRA, Contour, or CaliberRM.
  • Self-driven and focused on achieving results.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and User Experience design.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
  • IIBA Certified Business Data Analytics (IIBA-CBDA) certification.
