Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Big Red Liquors. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Process customer purchases, operate a cash register, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves, and merchandise displays to maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining confidentiality and security of documents and data.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to maintain an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit and Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math and money counting skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and customer needs.
