About the Role:

Fully utilize company CRM to strive for becoming a product knowledge expert. Become an industry expert by utilizing all reading, learning, and training materials offered by our manufacturers, partners, and other resources. Demonstrate product features by knowing our brands and share your knowledge with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be available in the showroom, at boats shows, at off-site locations, and other special events.
  • Understand and implement our dealership sales process.
  • Always provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Work cohesively with your team and coworkers in all departments.
  • Continually meet sales goals.
  • Work with service and Delivery Coordinator to ensure and oversee that the delivery to the customer is flawless for each vessel sold.
  • Maintain a clean and professional atmosphere by assisting with cleaning, restocking, re-arranging, and maintaining the showroom and all its inventory.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and people skills
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Superior understanding of MS Office/MS Excel and various business software
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
  • Problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency with basic mathematics
  • Persuasiveness
  • Adequate knowledge of boats and boating safety
