Job Summary

As a Production Laborer at CRH, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality precast concrete products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
  • Cutting, bending, placing, and tying steel rebar
  • Preparing steel molds for filling with concrete
  • Placing concrete in molds from a pour bucket
  • Finishing fresh concrete with a trowel after placing in molds
  • Disassembling steel molds and removing hardened product the following day
  • Maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery
  • Ensuring a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Related industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge and skills to use basic tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing of ladders
