Job Description
The Select Group is seeking a Technical Service Center Representative to join our team. As a member of our help desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the help desk staff to resolve complex problems. Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues using various operating systems and software applications
- Collaborate with the help desk staff to resolve complex technical issues
- Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes

Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits
