Job Description:

As a Wireless Sales Consultant at TCC Wireless, you will be the connection between our customers and the T-Mobile brand. You will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs. You will also drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers' accounts, and identifying revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Drive revenue growth through sales and customer acquisition
  • Work with store management to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
