Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Prepare and distribute reports as required, providing insights into hotel performance.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct regular security walks, ensuring the hotel's premises are secure and safe for guests and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic accounting principles.
