Oncology Thought Leader Liaison Associate Director

Job Summary

The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (ADTLL) will be responsible for generating insights from Key Opinion Leaders to inform and evolve brand strategy for endometrial and thyroid cancer indications in the East region. This role will collaborate with field colleagues to synthesize and share insights, as well as identify regional marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead KOL engagement and insight generation to inform brand strategy
  • Collaborate with external peer-to-peer vendors to support educational initiatives
  • Partner with Thought Leader Liaison peers and reports to the Executive Director, Oncology Portfolio Marketing, Pipeline Planning & Thought Leader Marketing
  • Enable local/account level partnership with national, regional, and emerging thought leaders
  • Support advisory boards with KOL identification, engagement, and logistics consistent with compliance policies
  • Collaborate with field colleagues to synthesize and share evolving KOL insights, as appropriate, and identify regional marketing opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 5 years in oncology
  • 2 years account management experience and/or people leadership skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eisai Oncology sales and marketing team members are eligible to be considered for the Associate Director TLL role after 2 years in current role with a minimum of meets expectations or higher performance
  • Demonstrated commitment to Eisai's human health care (hhc) mission

Eisai offers a competitive salary range of $177,000-$232,300, as well as opportunities to participate in the Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan and Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.
