Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee professional and non-professional staff in planning and organizing support services for individuals in their assigned living areas.
  • Coordinate and oversee the interdisciplinary team process to develop, implement, and revise individual support plans.
  • Offer direction to team members to ensure effective support services are provided.

Requirements:
  • Three years of professional experience providing therapeutic care and services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or a bachelor's degree in human services, behavioral sciences, education, or nursing.
  • Meet the qualifications of a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
