Job Summary:

The Auto Body Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collision repair methods and procedures, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and repair vehicle damage using various tools and techniques
* Plan and execute repair work to meet customer expectations and company standards
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve repair facility KPIs
* Ensure all work is executed correctly by inspecting vehicles after repair

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
* Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
* Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop
