About the Role:

The Executive Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our car wash division. This includes managing a team of staff, ensuring site safety, and maintaining facilities to meet the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of car wash professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Partner with the Market Leader to drive local volume and sales through strategic community outreach and marketing efforts.
  • Manage site labor to meet LUV Car Wash standards, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints, working with the Market Leader to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Market Leader and maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
