Job Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide overnight care and support to seniors in their homes in Rutland County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation
  • Provide transportation to appointments and engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Prepare meals and assist with physical therapy exercises
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Requirements:

  • Per diem or part-time positions available
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
  • Compassionate and supportive attitude
  • Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred
