Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school district in Solana Beach, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
Requirements
  • A valid Oregon State SLP License is required
  • A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
