About the Role

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Development Team to drive customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality products.
  • Facilitate self-organization and empowerment of the Scrum and Development Teams.
  • Identify and remove impediments, and coach the Scrum Team on effective impediment removal.
  • Help the Scrum and Development Teams to identify and fill gaps in the Lean-Agile frameworks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master on multiple Agile teams.
  • Experience with SAFe and/or scaling Agile frameworks.
  • Appropriate Agile certifications from leading frameworks providers.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, think critically, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of techniques to fill gaps in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to determine what is Scrum and what is not.
