Manufacturing Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at ManpowerGroup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and manufacturing, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Operations deliverables for the Kitchen and Bath Development Process, including cost reduction and process development.
  • Provide manufacturing input in NPD projects through DFMA, FMEA, and design reviews.
  • Manage plant operations functions (quality, engineering, production) for new product launches and fulfillment strategies.
  • Build product cost models and provide technical support for Make vs. Buy analyses.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for NPD and manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with DFMA, FMEA, and process optimization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects independently.
