We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Cancer Care Specialist to join our network of medical professionals. Our client, a renowned oncology office, seeks a dedicated individual to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Compensation Package

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35-40 per hour, depending on previous experience. Benefits include 401K, health insurance, vision, dental coverage, paid holidays, and generous PTO.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments according to physician assignments.
  • Welcome patients, explain procedures, check vital signs, administer therapy, and report observations to physicians.
  • Handle emergency situations with external assistance if necessary.
  • Administer infusion treatments, including hydration, blood products, and medications.
  • Maintain accurate records for both physician review and billing purposes.

Requirements

  • Michigan State-licensed RN (Skilled LPNs may be considered).
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including infusion therapy.
  • Oncology experience is mandatory.
