- Perform daily maintenance and repairs on equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Assist in preparing equipment and materials for each day's work.
- Help maintain and repair equipment and tools used in operations.
- Assist other crew members in all aspects of daily activities and take a leadership role when required.
- Clean up and dispose of all debris.
- Set up barriers, warning signs, flags, markers, etc. to protect employees and public.
- Stay informed on new equipment, specifications, standard practices, operating procedures, and customer and company employee relations policies and practices.
- Track and report mileage to Foreperson.
- Perform duties for storm work as needed.
- Submit daily reports using AMS system to submit timesheets and billing information.
- Maintain above standard customer relations.
- Accident Reporting.
- Two years' experience in Vegetation Management.
- Experience in safe operations and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Knowledge of daily maintenance and safe operations of all equipment used.
- Able to hear verbal instructions from a distance.
