Position Overview:

  • Support the Interdisciplinary Team in recognizing social, emotional, and cultural dynamics associated with terminal conditions
  • Deliver services aligned with the principles of hospice care

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
  • Experience in addressing the psychosocial challenges faced by patients and their families
  • Familiarity with psychosocial theories and therapeutic approaches

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities
  • Experience working with patients in palliative situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10

Additional Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
