Behavioral Health Nursing Director

The Registered Nurse (RN) Manager oversees patient care services at our facility, directing medical and nursing care as ordered by providers. Key responsibilities include developing management plans, directing staff, collaborating with medical practitioners, and implementing medical protocols.
Responsibilities:- Develop day-to-day management and long-term planning of the facility
- Direct and develop staff to provide comprehensive reviews of significant events, patient care concerns/grievances, medication use, and laboratory orders
- Provide recommendations for training, policy changes, and process improvements to the Senior Director of Nursing
To be successful in this role, you should have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse license from the Arizona Board of Nursing, and a minimum of two years' experience working as a Registered Nurse in behavioral health and/or withdrawal management settings. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and one year of charge nurse, lead, supervisory, or management experience are preferred.
