About Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Role

HealthOp Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Care Provider to join our team. This essential role requires expertise in women's health, OB/GYN care, family planning, preventative screenings, and reproductive health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical exams, diagnose health and medical conditions, and manage patient healthcare in the women's health field.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to discuss patient care and treatment options.
  • Order, interpret, and explain diagnostic tests to patients, such as laboratory results, Pap smears, ultrasounds, and mammograms.
  • Provide specialized care for women, including prenatal care, contraceptive services, menopause management, and gynecologic health.
  • Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors, self-care skills, and treatment options in reproductive health and wellness.
  • Prescribe medications, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
  • Develop patient care plans and ensure consistency of care, including coordination with other healthcare providers.
  • Respond to patients' health problems by referring them to relevant specialists.
  • Offer family planning services and advice, and provide guidance on fertility and infertility treatment options where required.
  • Offer preventative health services, including breast cancer screenings and vaccines where required.
  • Maintain patient records, detail reports, and keep track of treatment plans.
  • Stay current on advancements in women's health and continually integrate best practices into patient care.

Requirements:

  • WHNP Certification or 1+ years of OB/GYN experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, continuing education reimbursement, license reimbursement, malpractice coverage, loan forgiveness, and a bi-weekly wellness credit of $200. We also offer health savings account contributions.
