Bank Representative

Central State Bank, a family-owned, community-focused financial institution, is seeking a highly motivated Bank Representative to serve customers in our Marquette market.
As a key member of our front-line sales and customer service team, the Bank Representative will assist customers with daily banking needs by processing transactions, answering questions, and opening accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of our financial products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Answer customer questions and provide product information.
- Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Computer proficiency and experience with banking software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
