Work Schedule:

Our typical working hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 1 PM to 7 PM
  • Saturday: 8 AM to 5 PM (with flexibility for every other Saturday)
  • Sundays: Off

  • Process cash and credit transactions efficiently
  • Ensure daily deposits are balanced accurately
  • Manage repair orders and issue purchase orders
  • Provide friendly and professional communication with customers
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and telephone skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are essential
  • Able to multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus
