About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves supporting key operations of the Strategic Partners Group, ensuring consistent, efficient, and effective operational processes and products. You will provide direct support on projects and initiatives, serve as a valued go-to person, and be responsible for various HR processes and activities.

You will work closely with colleagues to recommend and implement streamlining and efficiency into processes within the group. Additionally, you will utilize key software applications to track activities and create reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide information and assist in management decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Support and drive key operations of the Strategic Partners Group.
  • Provide direct support on projects and initiatives.
  • Be responsible for various HR processes and activities, including salary administration, conducting exit and stay interviews, processing status changes, and more.
  • Work closely with colleagues to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Utilize key software applications to track activities and create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 4 or more years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail. You must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

You should be able to creatively and efficiently solve problems, develop and assess alternative approaches, and drive innovative solutions to address problems and improve processes. Additionally, you must be organized, efficient, and able to multi-task and reprioritize work as needed.
