About the Role

This is a full-time Sales Support position at Rag & Bone, requiring 32-40 hours per week. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation.
  • Assist with inventory and stock management, including ensuring maximization of storage and capacity in all product and supply categories.
  • Contribute to the achievement of low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy by executing consistent procedures at inventory touchpoints.
  • Work with the sales team to provide exemplary customer service, including POS assistance, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processes.

Requirements:

  • Prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, and/or customer service environment.
  • The ability to innovate, solve problems, and work together to achieve results.
