The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified physician specializing in Plastic Surgery with a focus on Burn and General Plastics. This position is based in South San Francisco, CA.
The Burn Service has experienced consistent growth since its inception, with increasing outpatient visits, inpatient admissions, and surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for burn care and a desire to contribute to the ongoing development of this vital program. This role encompasses a hybrid practice model, where half of the responsibilities will involve general plastic surgery, including breast reconstruction, skin cancer treatment, chronic wound management, and tissue expansion procedures. Please note that there is no requirement for microvascular surgery, hand surgery, or cosmetic procedures.
The multidisciplinary team comprises experts in Plastic Surgery, Orthopedic Hand Surgery, Infectious Disease, Physical and Occupational Therapy, and Health Behavior Science. Candidates who enjoy teaching and are interested in educational initiatives and quality improvement will find this environment rewarding.
Compensation: The full-time annual salary range is between $431,669 and $445,020, with additional potential incentives reaching up to $34,400. Flexible schedules with prorated compensation may be available, and some incentive opportunities are based on potential premium pay.

- Board Certification or Eligibility in Plastic Surgery
