Role of Support Specialist:

In this vital role, you will provide direct assistance and supervision to individuals with autism within a residential environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of daily activities, including personal care, medication oversight, life skills training, and offering consistent support and structure.

Candidate Profile:

We are in search of compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization. The individuals we serve depend on your commitment to providing the highest standard of care and support. You should possess sound judgment, tact, and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals with autism.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (proof required)
  • Minimum age of 20 years
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of all background checks, including Central Registry, DMV, Fingerprints, Drug Screen, Physical, and PPD.
  • Ability to interact appropriately with individuals with autism, solve problems effectively, and communicate professionally.

Work Schedule: Thursday & Friday 2pm-11pm and Saturday 9am-11pm
Total Weekly Hours: 32
