Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to fill the role of Charge Nurse at our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. As a member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality direct patient care and assist patients in achieving established outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans

Requirements:
  • Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required
