Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Production Support Team, you will be instrumental in managing logistical operations from our central office. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software for various tasks
- Assessing work orders, insurance documentation, and material invoices
- Placing orders for materials and overseeing delivery schedules
- Coordinating job schedules with subcontractors, property owners, and sales representatives
- Arranging inspections with relevant building authorities
- Processing bi-weekly payroll for subcontractors
- Maintaining updated reports on ongoing projects and accounts receivable
